Mod Mom founder, Kiersten Hathcock, is a stay-at-home mom turned self-taught furniture designer & builder. After leaving the corporate world in 2003, to spend more time with her kids, Kiersten rekindled a passion for woodworking. Her father, a self-taught carpenter and woodworker, built most of her family's furniture growing up, and she learned from tinkering around in his garage workshop. Thirty-some years later, Kiersten works from her own workshop where she designs and produces her modern/mid-century inspired kids' furniture.
The Owyn Toy Box is a modern organic-style storage piece designed to meet your toy storage needs from early toddlerhood and beyond. It has two easy lift-off lids that are made for little hands to lift off and place back like a puzzle. The toy box is separated into two convenient compartments under individual leaf lids.
